In an update to potential entrants in tonight’s WWE Royal Rumble match, WWE SmackDown superstar Christian has arrived in St. Louis, Missouri, the location of tonight’s pay-per-view. Christian has been out of action since suffering an injury at a WWE live event in early November, with WWE officials hoping that he would return in time for WrestleMania. Word we received was that Christian has healed faster than expected and is considered a lock as an entrant for the Royal Rumble match tonight.

Meanwhile former WWE superstar Nick “Eugene” Dinsmore, currently working with TNA’s Indian spin-off promotion Ring Ka King appared to hint that he may be included in the Royal Rumble match tonight, however we have heard nothing regarding that. Dinsmore tweeted, “Guess who is packing for a flight and the Royal Rumble is tomorrow????”. Dinsmore returned to WWE television back on August 10th, 2009 in a losing effort to The Calgary Kid, who was revealed to be The Miz underneath a mask, only for Dinsmore to be released four days later.

Other names being thrown out for Royal Rumble appearances include Road Warrior Animal, Hacksaw Jim Duggan, Billy Gunn, Road Dogg, Tommy Dreamer, Rhyno and The Hurricane amongst others. Some people within the WWE feel that the company are holding something out from them tonight and that Brock Lesnar, The Undertaker or some other big name could show up as #30 in the match tonight and have them re-work plans leading into WrestleMania.
