As we reported previously on the site, Tyson Kidd is going to miss approximately 6-8 months of in ring action. Kidd suffered ligament and meniscus tears in his right knee and a fracture in his tibia plateau. Kidd had successful surgery to his knee today, and now his road to recovery begins.
