WWE announced in a new SEC filing that Vince McMahon has entered into an employment agreement with the company, effective as of March 29th, 2023 and retroactive to January 9th, 2023, the date that he was appointed the Executive Chairman of the WWE.

The filing notes that McMahon, who retired as WWE CEO in July 2022, returning to the WWE Board of Directors in January 2023, will serve as Executive Chairman for a term of two years.
