Ring of Honor announced the following updates on BJ Whitmer, following the news that the ROH star was injured in his match with Michael Bennett in the first round of the ROH World Championship Tournament after taking a piledriver on the ring apron.

“BJ WHITMER UPDATE — BJ is currently undergoing tests at the moment, but does have feeling and movement in his arms and legs. We’ll update with more information as we receive it.”

“4:45am 8/4/13 Update: BJ will be held at the hospital in Toronto until Monday at the earliest. Please keep him in your thoughts.”
