WWE NXT General Manager William Regal made a surprise unadvertised appearance at last night’s Chaotic Wrestling event in Woburn, Massachusetts as the Guest General Manager for the promotion.

Regal helped to set up the stage for Chase Del Monte defending his title against Scotty Slade, while he was also at the promotion to scout talent for WWE.
