The Wrestle-1 tour in conjunction with West Virginia’s American Pro Wrestling Alliance will not be going ahead as scheduled due to what has been described as a miscommunication between both promotions, leading to the loss of the tour’s primary backer.

The five-event tour, which was scheduled to kick off this Tuesday, June 23rd at the 2300 Arena in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania would have seen names such as The Great Muta, Minoru Tanaka, Sakamoto, Masakatsu Funaki, Shuji Kondo, Kai, Masayuki Kono, Kevin Sullivan, Rob Terry, Ricky Reyes, The Barbarian, Moose, Crazy Mary Dobson, Wes Brisco, Chase Stevens, Mad Man Alonso, The Silencer, Sonny Onoo and more appear at the event, however the venues hosting the tour were informed of the announcement overnight.
