WWE’s WrestleMania 38 pay-per-view on Saturday, April 2nd and Sunday, April 3rd was seen by more than 56.1 million people on Sony Sports Network in India, up 29% in comparison with WrestleMania 37 last year, according to The Broadcast Audience Research Council of India (BARC) via India.com.

The report notes that viewership on WrestleMania Saturday was up by 34%, while WrestleMania Sunday was up 33% compared to the previous year.

Additionally, the debut of Veer Mahaan on WWE RAW after WrestleMania helped to increase viewership of the show by 9% compared to the episode of WWE RAW prior to WrestleMania 38.
