The WrestleMania special that aired on NBC on Saturday night did a 0.9 rating in the 18-49 demographic with an average viewership audience of 2,720,000 viewers, putting the show third in the network ratings behind pre-season football on CBS and NASCAR on ABC.

The first half-hour of the show drew a 0.8 rating and rose to a 1.0 rating in the last 30 minutes of the show. In a bit of bad news for the WWE, last year’s WrestleMania 27 special on NBC drew a 1.1 rating with 3.64 million viewers.
