A number of executives and officials were informed by the WWE prior to the weekend that their pay would be reduced going forward due to the company’s ongoing efforts to respond to the effects that COVID-19 is having on their business, according to a report from Mike Johnson of PWInsider.com.

WWE announced in a press release last month that their measures at the time would include reducing executive and board member compensation, decreasing operating expenses, cutting talent expenses, third party staffing and consulting as well as deferring spend on the build out of the company’s new headquarters for at least six months.
