WWE developmental talents Louis Fontaine (Lucas Di Leo) and Chad Baxter (Derek Foore) have both been released from their developmental deals with the company.

In the case of Di Leo, the recently signed French star announced on his Facebook page on Thursday morning that he had requested his release from the company, which was granted, noting that he felt out of place in developmental and wanted to quit. He also noted that he is scheduled to undergo surgery on his shoulder in the next few days and didn’t want the company footing the bill when he had already made his mind up to quit the WWE. Di Leo noted that he has no plans to join TNA Wrestling, however he didn’t indicate as to whether he would be working the independent scene or returning to France.

As for Baxter, he took to his Twitter account on Wednesday and early Thursday and indicated that he was gone from his developmental deal and was a free agent writing, “Good luck with your future endeavours”. Baxter, real name Derek Foore, was recruited by Gerald Brisco last year and competed on few occasions on NXT. He is a former Notre Dame collegiate wrestling Champion.

As of writing, the profiles of both men remain on the developmental website’s roster page.
