WWE have dismissed their lawsuit against the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, filing a voluntary dismissal with the United States District Court District of Connecticut on March 10th, according to court records obtained by HeelByNature, who note that it is unknown as to whether a settlement was reached due to specific court records being sealed.
The report notes that the lawsuit was filed on January 26th, but that the nature of the lawsuit has been sealed to the public, while the following day, the case was assigned to District Judge Michael P. Shea, with a protective order filed that same day to ensure details of the case remained confidential.
Additionally, court records indicated an electronic summons was also issued on that same day for the U.S Citizenship And Immigration Services, with an answer required within 60 days and an original pre-trial date set for March 27th.
