WWE Chairman Vince McMahon announced during tonight’s Monday Night RAW broadcast that a new Wild Card Rule has been implemented, following the appearances of Roman Reigns, Daniel Bryan and Kofi Kingston on the show, with the storyline that Bryan and Kingston were “lured” to RAW following Reigns’ comments that he had unfinished business.

The new Wild Card Rule will allow 3 stars from WWE RAW to appear on WWE SmackDown Live and the same rule is implemented for SmackDown Live stars appearing on Monday Night RAW.
