WWE have announced that GUNTHER will put his WWE Intercontinental Championship on the line against Ricochet as part of the December 16th episode of WWE SmackDown on FOX.

The match announcement comes after Ricochet won the SmackDown World Cup, defeating Santos Escobar in the finals of the tournament.
