In a recent interview on The Colin Cowherd podcast, WWE President Nick Khan stated that two top female stars will be returning to the company soon.

Khan revealed that Becky Lynch will be returning to the company in the not too distant future after she took time off to have her first daughter with Seth Rollins, last working for the company at the WrestleMania 36 pay-per-view, where she defeated Shayna Baszler.

Additionally, Khan stated that UFC Hall of Famer and former WWE RAW Women’s Champion Ronda Rousey would also be returning to the company, stating that the return would happen at a certain period of time.

Rousey took time off from the WWE after WrestleMania 35 in 2019 to concentrate on starting a family at the time and has been announced as the host of an upcoming series for ESPN+. Rousey’s existing WWE contract was reported to expire this weekend, so it would appear from Khan’s statement that herself and the company have come to terms on a new agreement.
