The WWE recently held a talent evaluation camp at the FCW Training Facilities in Tampa, Florida that featured highly successsful collegiate wrestlers and several independent wrestlers with years of experience, this according to a report from The Wrestling Observer Newsletter.

The report notes that the main focus of the talent evaluation was the basics of wrestling including running the ropes, flat back bumps, agility, cardio, training, conditioning and drive and a test to see which person would end up quitting.

The camp was ran by William Regal and Bill DeMott with evaluations done by Dusty Rhodes, Steve Keirn, Norman Smiley, Jim Ross, Joey Mercury, Terry Taylor (which confirms his position in the company), Gerald Brisco and Ricky Steamboat.
