The XFL announced today that Oliver Luck, a former NFL and NCAA executive who was also a quarterback during his playing career and is the father of Indianapolis Colts’ Andrew Luck, has been appointed the Commissioner and CEO of the revived XFL league ahead of its launch in 2020.

In the video below, Luck discusses the plans for a fast-paced and simpler game, in comparison to the NFL, as well as the plans to make the games more affordable for families. Luck also revealed that the process has begun to find the right locations for the league’s eight franchises.
