– WWE will be continuing the AJ and Daniel Bryan storyline with AJ taking the reigns as WWE RAW General Manager tonight. The company have an article up on their website questioning whether Bryan should fear AJ or Charlie Sheen. AJ has appeared at this weekend’s WWE live events distracting Daniel Bryan and Kane towards the end of the triple threat match for the WWE Championship, allowing CM Punk to pick up the victory.

– WWE legend Mick Foley will be making an announcement tonight in regards to his post-WWE Summerslam comedy show that is scheduled to take place at The Improv in Hollywood, California. The expectation is that several WWE stars will be involved with the show. Foley has stated that he would like to have Santino Marella, William Regal and Jim Ross share their wit (even if they bomb on the night). It will be interesting to see if WWE make the announcement if they are involved with the event.

– 25 year old Ashley Fliehr Johnson, the daughter of 2-time WWE Hall of Famer, Ric Flair, has relocated to Tampa, Florida and reported to the WWE’s developmental territory last week. The expectation is that she will make her FCW debut towards the end of next month. Speaking of FCW, Rick Victor and Brad Maddox defeated Jason Jordan and CJ Parker to become the new FCW Tag Team Champions. Maddox is the current FCW Jack Brisco 15 Champion.

– Bruno Sammartino has been announced for the WrestleCon activities during WrestleMania 29 weekend in New Jersey/New York. Sammartino has been announced for the Sunday event from 9am-2pm local time.

– WWE Hall of Famer Sgt. Slaughter has been announced for the Celebrity Golf weekend event at the Indiana Summer Gold Club in Olympa, Washington on August 10th.

– WWE recently sent out a poll to their e-mail listing polling fans on potential new DVD releases. Some of the titles on the list included a second volume of the WCW Nitro DVD, a Goldberg DVD, a second volume of the ECW Unreleased DVD, a History of the WWE DVD and a DVD highlighting the best from the In Your House pay-per-view events.

– Sara del Rey, who worked this weekend’s events for CHIKARA is reported to have told fans over the weekend that nothing is confirmed in regards to her signing with the WWE and she is unaware how she would be used there. Del Rey is believed to be on a farewell tour on the independents and there is talk that she will be brought in as a main roster star and trainer to the Divas in WWE’s developmental territory. Speaking of CHIKARA, former WWE superstar Marty Jannetty was absent from this weekend’s event in Everett, Massachusetts.

– Former WWE superstar, Dave Batista, is running a contest allowing fans to have the opportunity to come train with him at his gym in Tampa, Florida while he prepares for his MMA debut. – Despite not being publicly announced fully as returning to the company, Terry Taylor is training intermediate wrestlers at WWE’s developmental territory. Meanwhile, “Road Dogg” BG James is being groomed as a top backstage agent, due to his loyalty to Triple H.
