– Speaking at a Bowie Baysox baseball game last week, WWE Hall of Famer and former WWE RAW General Manager Bret Hart noted that no once has called him as of writing to appear on the 1,000th episode of WWE RAW, but he imagines that he will be there. Meanwhile former WWE superstars Goldust and Sean “X-Pac” Waltman have noted that they don’t expect to be there, with Waltman noting that the WWE have not contacted him yet to appear. As we mentioned exclusively on the website back on June 12th, WWE reached out to Diamond Dallas Page, Sid Vicious and Charles Wright (Kama Mustafa, Papa Shango and The Godfather) about making an appearance at the historic episode.

– Early plans for the WWE Money in the Bank pay-per-view are set to see Alberto del Rio face off against Sheamus for the WWE World Heavyweight Championship with Daniel Bryan facing CM Punk for the WWE Championship. There is also the expectation that there will be 2 Money in the Bank ladder matches, however if the WWE decide to only put one ladder match on the pay-per-view, we may see an 8-man or a 10-man Money in the Bank ladder match. There is also talk of having an angle featuring Triple H, Brock Lesnar and Paul Heyman, to build towards the WWE Summerslam pay-per-view.

– Ryback’s opponents (Jared Walker and Frankie Valencia) on this weeks WWE SmackDown are actually BLK Jeez and Brian Hardy. Hardy wrestles mostly in the Maryland independent wrestling scene. Mayhew signed a short-term contract with the company in 2009, following the departure of Lilian Garcia from the company, however her contract expired in late 2009 and was not renewed by the WWE as both sides could not come to an agreement on a new deal. Mayhew has a role in an upcoming episode of Dexter, which she began filming this week.

– Despite being suspended for 60 days by the WWE, the expectation is that Randy Orton will return to the main event scene on WWE SmackDown, due to the depth issues on the roster. Orton has been vocal in recent weeks stating that he would like to return as a heel, however WWE are of the opinion that Orton needs to remain a face to help live events, as they build Sheamus up into a real top-level babyface.

There has been some discussion of aligning Sakamoto alongside Yoshi Tatsu as a Japanese tag team, however nothing has come to fruition as of writing. Sakamoto was trained by former WWE superstar TAKA Michinoku at his Kaientai Dojo school in Japan and debuted in 2003, before signing a WWE developmental deal in 2011.
