According to a report from The National Enquirer, due to Hulk Hogan making conflicting statement to the FBI and the lawyers for Gawker.com who Hogan is suing, it is possible that the WWE Hall of Famer could serve jail time for lying under oath, citing transcripts as stating that Hogan has told differing stories to the respective entities.

The report notes that during a July 2nd hearing, a Gawker attorney told the judge that he had learned that Hulk Hogan made statements under oath during a deposition and to the FBI that are directly at odds with another. If it is determined that Hogan lied to Gawker’s attorneys, then he could be charged with perjury, while if it is determined that Hogan lied to the FBI, then he could be charged with obstruction of justice.
