WWE announced on their official website that top Japanese wrestler Kota Ibushi, who was a recent participant in the first-ever WWE Cruiserweight Classic will be part of the upcoming Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic. Ibushi will team with Hideo Itami for the tournament.
