WWE have announced that the 2017 WWE Extreme Rules pay-per-view will take place on Sunday, June 4th in Baltimore, Maryland. For those wondering, the pay-per-view will be a WWE RAW branded event.

WWE announced during last night’s WWE SmackDown tapings that Luke Gallows & Karl Anderson will face off against The Uso’s (Jimmy Uso & Jey Uso) at this Sunday’s WWE Extreme Rules pay-per-view in a Texas Tornado Match. For those unfamiliar with the match stipulation, all men are legal in the ring at the same time.

WWE announced at the end of last night’s WWE Payback pay-per-view that WWE World Heavyweight Champion Roman Reigns will defend his title against AJ Styles in an Extreme Rules match at the May 22nd WWE Extreme Rules pay-per-view. As of writing, the World Heavyweight Championship match is the only match confirmed for the event.

WWE have released their monthly business figures, which includes the preliminary pay-per-view buyrates for the 2015 WWE Extreme Rules pay-per-view back in April. The company is reporting a preliminary buyrate of 56,000 buys, down from 108,000 back in 2014, with the buyrate broken down as 36,000 internationally and 20,000 domestically.
