In an update on James Storm, Magnus and Austin Aries finishing up with TNA Wrestling after the Slammiversary pay-per-view tomorrow night, a report from PWInsider.com notes that in the case of Storm and Magnus, both men went to TNA management and requested to be let out of their deals due to the fact that the company runs far fewer events than they have in the past, meaning that they are making a lot less money than they would have done had the company being running the same events.

The report notes that Storm and Magnus have opportunities to work in other places and both wanted to be able to do so and make money for their families and that TNA management understood the new reality that the company faces as less shows equals less money for the talents and let both men out of their deals and that in the case of Austin Aries, his contract is simply expiring.

The report also states that the current plans are for all three men to come back and work the tapings and be members of the promotion’s televised events while being able to find other work to supplement their TNA work, however if WWE wanted to sign any of the three, they can do so, which TNA Wrestling realizes, deciding to take that risk due to the respect that they have for each man and that going forward, TNA are adjusting their view on how they will promote their product and are very open to working with Jeff Jarrett and his Global Force Wrestling promotion, a change from over a month ago when TNA stopped Tyrus from working with Global Force Wrestling.
