Eric Bischoff, Jason Hervey and Bischoff’s son Garrett have filed a lawsuit against TNA Wrestling for breach of contract, according to a report from ProWrestling.Net who note that the suit was filed on May 15th in Davidson County Tennessee and that TNA Wrestling owes them $114,500.02. In an update on Garrett Bischoff’s contract status with TNA Wrestling, Bischoff noted in an interview with The Wrestling Mania that he is still contracted to the company, however as of writing, there are no creative plans for him. The interview is available in full at this link.

TNA Wrestling announced today that their TNA LockDown pay-per-view pre-show will air this Sunday night prior to the TNA LockDown pay-per-view on the company’s official Facebook page. The company will also air live footage of the TNA LockDown Fanfest from Saturday on their On-Demand website. TNA LockDown takes place this Sunday in Nashville, Tennessee.

Former TNA Impact Wrestling superstar Scott Steiner, who was recently released from his contract with the company, continued his rant on Twitter, including that of how TNA Wrestling tries to tempt their wrestlers to tweet about Hulk Hogan, as well as how Sting is not running his personal Twitter account.
