WWE File Trademark For Old WCW Event & PPV Name
WWE applied to trademark “The Great American Bash” on April 27th with the USPTO (United States Patent and Trademark Office). WWE resurrected the old Jim Crockett Promotions/WCW name as a pay-per-view event in 2004, using it for several years, shortening the name to “The Bash” in 2009, before dropping the event.
