Eric Bischoff, Jason Hervey and Bischoff’s son Garrett have filed a lawsuit against TNA Wrestling for breach of contract, according to a report from ProWrestling.Net who note that the suit was filed on May 15th in Davidson County Tennessee and that TNA Wrestling owes them $114,500.02.
